See description

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Navigate to https://pinia.vuejs.org/cookbook/testing.html
  2. Click on one of the section links in the the table of content (not the sidebar) --> nothing happens

Expected behavior

Jump to the clicked section

Actual behavior

A distinction is made between upper and lower case letters

https://pinia.vuejs.org/cookbook/testing.html#initial-state --> fails (this is used)
https://pinia.vuejs.org/cookbook/testing.html#Initial-State --> workis
