Updating the bundled cexenum version to the latest internal version

After making sure that the included
aigcexminbinary is in the path, the included example can be run withsby -f examples/factor.sby && python cexenum.py examples/factorand other designs can be tested similarly by using the enginenonein the SBY config file before invoking cexenum on the resulting SBY workdir.
