Made changes in Contact Us section:

Added navigation to Contact Us section in navbar
Changed content of About the Repository section, by extracting information present in README file of this repository
Made changes to the social media handles, such that it redirects to main website, github repo and telegram bot

Also made some basic changes to HomePage UI
