Hi,

Expected Behavior

If [email protected] sends an email to a "moderated for nonsubscribers" list they are subscribed with [email protected], their email should be delivered.

Current Behavior

Email is moderated.

Context

Some email providers allow to add any tag in the email address, starting with a + sign. There tags are often used by users to match filters.
