We are currently deploying 5 containers. Not all containers are changed every time, and it's pretty annoying to wait for all builds. Would be nice if we could build the images on our own terms and let SST handle the infra part as an escape-hatch.

This is for the Cluster/Service component? I haven't seen it rebuild for me when there are no changes.
