Docs: Sidebar nav scroll snaps to top for each link

The sidebar nav for SST documentation currently snaps to the top of the page at every link selection, requiring lots of scrolling down, again and again, when reading and moving between links in the documentation.

The Astro Starlight docs do not have this issue, but I can't find the fix.

I think I had disabled view transitions because it wasn't working properly when I tried it on Safari.

I'll need to test it again and see.
