bulk import not working #386

I keep getting the following error while importing a file containing 5 records on v3.2

First name cannot be empty at row 6.

There is no error or anything appearing in the application log.

Looks like some issue in the default import file. When I copy pasted the information into a new excel, it was imported successfully.
