References to knitr before clear introduction

The assignment requires knowledge of knitr and knitr2html before they have been introduced in the course (beyond a quick reference to what they are, without anything on how to work with them), which is problematic for students working through the course with limited time.

The assignment could be changed with relatively few modifications; the template file could include

blocks, and the instructions could include a brief explanation of how to put the code into the blocks. This would then set up Week 2's lectures nicely without requiring students to watch them beforehand.
