I wanted to add here as I had the same issue but I had also put all the Cisco mibs in the root /mib directory as that helped a bunch of others resolve this issue BUT you also have to make sure to include all the dependent MIBS that Cisco mibs might use which was my problem. For Instance, CISCO-PROCESS-MIB uses
CISCO-SMI
CISCO-TC
HCNUM-TC
SNMP-FRAMEWORK-MIB
SNMPv2-CONF
SNMPv2-SMI
SNMPv2-TC

Once I made sure ALL of those where downloaded and dropped into the /mibs folder..... "POOF"! It works!!
