Image creation failed after choosing "Share image with Red Hat Insights only" #829

If choosing to Share the image with RH Insights only, the built of the image failed and there is no error available:

I would assume that by choosing this option the image will be successfully build, the image will be automatically shared with the provisioning service account. later on by pressing on the launch button the Launch wizard will open ups and allow the launch of the image in GCP.
