Run v2 dashboard: add expiry date to calendar

This is a feature request we will have to discuss.

This comes from a discussion at the partner gathering. The original request was to have notifications/reminders in advance of when a Run v2 link will expire. But that, I think, is out of scope for our first launch.

An MVP could be to include an 'add expiry date to calendar' link that enables the user to easily add the expiry date to the calendar application of choice.

We should examine the effort it might take to do so and determine if we want to do this
