1. NcSelect, options should align depending on the text language
2. Nav in broken for RTL languages
3. latin file/folder names should also be aligned right, also size should be either in native language like outlook or normal alignment (8.4MB)

Steps to reproduce

1. Change Nextcloud language to an RTL language (arabic here as an example)
2. Use Nextcloud
