Improve ru translations

it's a little bit improvement of translations, to fix following:

Thanks for the report. We should at least hide any overflow and use ellipsis. Can't really comment on the translation part since I don't speak the language. May be worth asking in our public channel -> https://community.mattermost.com/core/channels/localization

What @bondeg suggests about translation is basically an equivalent to English Accept/Decline instead of Join/Ignore. I don't really agree with this choice as Join (Присоединиться) seems more logical in case of Mattermost Calls implementation.

+1 about text overflow though
