Should not be merged until mattermost/mattermost-plugin-zoom#377 is merged.
This updates the Zoom configuration docs to reflect the new capabilities available for Zoom in Mattermost. It also adds screenshots and value propositions to the "Chat with Copilot" page for new summarization options.
