Support distinct windows instead of a single window for all open databases

#172 talks about copying objects across databases.
This is much easier if you can drag and drop between visible windows

Expected Behavior

Even if you rely on tabs, I should be able to drag a tab outside of the window to undock the tab from the window and get a second window

Current Behavior

Each database is opened as a sibling tab in a single window
