Steps to Reproduce

Some modules (ConfigMgr) rely on the Windows Forms assemblies. The PowerShell 7 environment currently does not support it.

Expected behavior

Loads modules that reference Windows Forms.

Actual behavior

Fails due to missing assemblies.
