Macro command to call Ilastik Object Classification

Running the object classification workflow on FIJI surprisingly doesn't output a command in the recorder window. Any way to script the process for batch mode through FIJI? A command (with variables) and a way to identify/designate the the output paths for the image & table is I'd need. Its fine even if its called through exec() or whatever.

I think it only outputs the command after a successful run.
