As we overhaul our collaboration processes, the PM/Leads team would like to define the scope of each team to identify any gaps or confusion.

  • Discuss with your team what you think your team should handle (and please define these things if they are team specific terms)
  • In as much detail and as specific as possible, define:
    • your area of expertise
    • the areas you think your team is responsible for
    • what you think you should have final say on
