Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Say you have users who seem to want to keep merging 2 tags together, like presenting butt but you dont want these monstrosities of double tags.

Describe the solution you'd like
It'd be nice if you could have terminating implications/one-way aliases.
That is to say, if you add presenting butt then it would delete presenting butt and add presenting, butt by itself.

Describe alternatives you've considered
You could just alias presenting butt to presenting but then butt might not ever get tagged.
Or you could imply both, but then you leave on a a tag that you'd rather not have.
