I would propose listing all the tags that are going to be implied by the ones typed in by the user after the "add a tag" field in the fancy tag editor. They should be in a different color (e.g. grayed out) and after hoovering the mouse over those tags there would be a text displayed that would tell why this tags will be added to the image, like that:
