Add developer profile pages

I was looking for a way to show publicly what Flathub packages I worked on, but there's nothing public available, just https://flathub.org/developer-portal.

This information does not seem to be available from a GitHub permissions stand-point either. If it does exist, maybe an easy win would be to have it linked from the developer portal page.

Developer sites grouping by the developer flag in the appstream file exist https://flathub.org/apps/collection/developer/Sonny%20Piers/1

But I guess you mean who has access to which github repo?
