TO-DO list for a 1.0.0 release

• get docs up and running
• add all relevant functions from SciPy and scikit-learn
• decide whether we want to vendor / depend on array-api-compat to support calling functions without an xp argument or not
  • my vote is for no at the minute: ENH/API: xp-bound namespaces, array-api-compat #6
• ensure we are vendorable MAINT: _lib: vendor and use array-api-extra scipy/scipy#21600

Nice-to-haves / for the future:

• Test the functions against 'real' implementations in array libraries?
• Get codecov working
• Contributor docs
• Set up https://allcontributors.org
• Figure out how to keep Mypy ignore-missing-import turned on

@asmeurer I've set up gh pages https://data-apis.org/array-api-extra/ but the html is all unformatted for some reason on the deployment. The build artefact looks fine for me locally.

EDIT: fixed by adding .nojekyll 👍
