<p>RHIPE(phonetic spelling: hree-pay' <sup><a class="footref" name="fnr.1" href="#fn.1">1</a></sup>) is a java package that integrates the R environment with <a href="http://hadoop.apache.org/core/">Hadoop</a>, the open source implementation
of Google's mapreduce. Using RHIPE it is possible to code map-reduce algorithms in R e.g
