Hello,

No where is it documented that you must first manually create the service BEFORE using the Github Action to update it. Therefore I expected the action to create the Service if it doesn't exist, and accept some parameters about the creation args.

Could this be considered as an enhancement?

@jasondamour - I'm not this action developer, but AFAIK, adding service creation to this action doesn't make sense.
During service creation, we should choose and configure different configuration parameters, so using Terraform or creating separate action is the answer.
