Describe the bug

In the checklist of the current Pull request template there a line,

I have written Kotlin Docs whenever is applicable

This line shouldn't be there.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Check PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md file inside .github folder.
