❓ What is the bug?

Error is encountered when there are multiple attachments

📃 Steps to reproduce the bug

  • Add multiple attachments
  • Run the test
  • Upload the XML file

✅ Expected Behavior

All the attachments should be displayed in the dialog box in a carousal form

❌ Actual Behavior

Error is encountered on the results page
