There is no date stamp in the https://r-consortium.org/rc-docs/R-Consortium-Bylaws-7-9-2024.pdf document. It's in the filename, but that information is lost if printed to paper. In a previous version, we had "Approved November 20, 2019" at the top of the page.

There are some breadcrumbs in the 'Title' of the PDF metadata, but that seems to be more luck than intention;

$ pdfinfo R-Consortium-Bylaws-7-9-2024.pdf
Title:           Bylaws - GU Draft 7-9-2024- Clean_1444308(4).docx
Producer: Skia/PDF m128 Google Docs Renderer
Custom Metadata: no

JavaScript:      no

Page rot:        0
File size:       240600 bytes

PDF version:     1.4

There is a "1444308.3" in the footer of each page. In a previous version that was "1157174.2". What does that sequence represent?
