Please add support for opentofu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The opentofu manifest lists the reasons for creating opentofu. It'd be great if circleci would support opentofu too.

Describe the solution you'd like
It'd be great if this orb would support opentofu. This could be done by renaming to a generic name like infrastructure-automation and giving users a choice which tool to use.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Forking the orb and replacing terraform with opentofu would work too.

Workaround for now: Use an executor with a custom build opentofu image where opentofu is aliased to terraform.
