Description of the feature

You should remove the missing tiles on portalable stairs or make them no longer interfere with portal placement.

Why should this be implemented

The missing tiles on portalable stairs are currently randomly generated and block portals, unpredictably making it difficult or impossible actually place a portal on retracted "portalable" stairs.

Additional information

Here is what retracted portalable stairs look like in the Overgrown theme currently:

Note that some white tiles are missing, which blocks portal placement.

You can turn on "start reversed", which will prohibit broken tiles on that staircase. Not sure if the description clarifies that though...

Oh, derp. The description does indeed mention that (except it's Auto-respawn cube, not Start reversed.) You can close this issue now.

EDIT: Actually, it only shows that information if you look at the description when you have the style set to Overgrown. It might be better to have style-specific information always be shown in the description, but with a note which style it applies to.
